Alan Archibald Testimonial

Season 2008/2009 will for Alan Archibald be a richly deserved testimonial season. Few Partick Thistle fans could argue that this is the case. The testimonial committee plan to hold a series of events throughout the year which will be announced on the events page of this website. The first event is The Alan Archibald Testimonial Dinner on Sunday 9th November 2008. A golf day and other events will be announced once dates have been confirmed including a testimonial match.

Appearing soon on the contact page will be a pay pal facility which will allow donations to be received on line. The gallery will show a photographic history of Alan's football career.

Again few could argue that Alan still has the ability to be playing in the SPL and received offers to do so but elected to come home to Firhill where he has always belonged. The testimonial committee ask that all Thistle fans wherever possible support Alan Archibald's testimonial year.
